- Implementation and maintenance of a suitable control environment within the accounts function;
- Payroll production;
- Preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts;
- Assistance in the creation of strategic business plans;
- Preparation of detailed year end reporting files and liaison with auditors (as applicable);
- Part Time FD services to address the strategic issues of the business;
- Ad hoc projects in relation to matters associated with the financial operations of a business.
