Our Process:

When you engage our services we follow a four step process:


Step 1 – Initial Review

We will meet with you and review the current accounts function structure, including the technology used, and assess the quality and effectiveness of the information generated, the timeliness of that output and the associated control environment under which it operates.

Step 2 – Recommendations

Our initial review will be the basis of a recommendation of services that we believe will enhance and improve the overall operation of the accounting function within the business. These will be presented to management for discussion and agreement.

Step 3 – Terms of Engagement

After discussing the various recommendations made, and agreeing the nature and scope of the services to be provided, a Terms of Engagement document will be drawn up which will provide a detailed explanation of those services along with the associated fees.

Step 4 – Implementation

The Terms of Engagement will be the roadmap for the provision of our services which we will implement as agreed.
